• Credit Card Hold: A valid credit card is required to secure bookings.

• Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a full session charge.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment Timing: Payment for services is due at the time of booking or as specified in your service agreement.

• Late Payment Fees: Late payments may incur additional fees of 10% of the outstanding balance.

• Recurring Payment Plans: For monthly packages, payments will be charged automatically on the first of each month.

• Release of Liability: Scruffy on the Run, LLC is not liable for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from participation in our programs. Clients assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their dog’s use of our services.

• Indemnification: By using our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold Scruffy on the Run, LLC harmless from any claims arising from their dog’s participation in our programs, including any third-party claims.
